The NyONE® is set up as the smaller edition of Cellavista®. Due to the fact that many labs run their application in medium throughput, NyONE is the perfect choice to save money and bench space. With up to about 100 plates per 10 hours, NyONE® fits ideal for Trypan Blue viability monitoring, confluence determination, single cell cloning etc.

Both systems (Cellavista® and NyONE®) run on the same software platform supporting the same applications. This fact makes it easy to transfer your established process in case of upgrading to a higher throughput.

Viability Monitoring – The Evergreen In Each Lab


NyONE embodies a precisely synchronized optomechanical set-up. The sharp and contrasted brightfield image makes it a perfect device for the Trypan Blue viability test in a high throughput manner - a few seconds only per sample!
With the NyONE® cell imager the Trypan Blue assay can be carried out as whole-well measurements in 96 well microplates with significantly increasing throughput (5 minutes per 96 samples), reducing the time-to-result and requiring smaller sample volumes (20 µl in total) compared to other existing assay formats

The figure (Fig .1) shows the fairly exact matching of NyONEs’ achieved results compared with the viability testing gold standard. The wide range of 30 thousand cells up to nearly 20 million cells per milliliter was covered in this experiment. Here it can be seen that the accuracy of our measurement method is cell density-independent.

NyONE® High End – More Than High Versatility
